You mean, I'm not Gene Rottenburried, but... nah. You really can't say that
Kirk is a pile of <Picard>. He actually did things and went places. Picard's
claim to fame was "tugging" on his uniform. My Star Trek "action" figures do
more they they ever did,  when the cats are playing rough in the house and
they fall over...
