You bet correctly. Gilmour wrote the music and Pete wrote the lyrics. The
story goes something like this... Pete wrote Dave some songs ("Blue Light"
and "Love On The Air") for his own solo album and supposedly this one...
However, David didn't use this song so he gave it back to Pete with the
music...
