Count me among those who adored The Beatles during high school but quickly began to worship The Who when I started college. Also, there are less than a handful of Stones songs I can even tolerate. By the way, although I've always liked a lot of McCartney's solo work from the 1970s, I sure as heck wouldn't devote an entire Who mailing list message to that subject without mentioning The Who at all!
