Favorite drummers:

Keith Moon 
Neil Peart
Simon Phillips (his stuff in 89 was a nice change of pace, and I can't blame him
for the inclusion of the horn section and the backup singers and Judy 
Linscott--she was fine but unnecessary)
Alan White
Bill Bruford's Yes stuff is great
Kenney Jones's 1979 Who stuff is great (he's not terribly inventive 
when it comes to new songs, but I thought he 'aped' Keith's stuff with 
a lot of energy back then)
Buddy Rich (while I didn't listen to much of his stuff, I did see him 
in concert once, and he was pretty fricking amazing)
