bootleg list

[Legalize Adulthood! <legalize@xmission.com>]

Since there's been a lot of talk about boots on the list lately, I'd
like to remind everyone of the World-Wide Web bootleg list <URL:
http://www.xmission.com/~legalize/who-boots.html>; all the boots
mentioned on the list recently are in the list, with complete track
lists.  Most have a subjective evaluation of recording quality, along
with other notes.  Most of the live boots have links to Wes Biggs'
Hypertext Who project concert set list for the show in question.
