Re: Heaven and Hell

Now that I am home, I dug out my copy of "The Who: The Illustrated
Discography", by Ed Hanel. It sez that Heaven and Hell was the B-side
of the Summertime Blues single:

    Summertime Blues (Cochran/Capehart) 7-122,670 /
    Heaven and Hell (Entwistle) 7-122,916
	Decca 32708
	Released July 1970.
Produced by Lambert and Stamp as 'Executive Producers'
	Highest position in Billboard: 27
	Weeks in charts: 9
Label the same as 1a. (Decca Rainbow label)
On this pressing credits are mis-spelt as follows: 'Edied
Cochran' and 'Entwhistle' Also pressed with Cochran's name
spelled correctly and the B-side as 7-122,916

Its been a long while since I dug out this book and I just noticed
(duh!) that it had a list of bootlegs in it... I will be adding this
to the already growing list of boots in my web page list
(http://www.xmission.com/~legalize/who-boots.html). The list now has
37 vinyl bootlegs and 32 compact disc bootlegs! If the list grows
significantly after this edit, I will repost the updated list of
titles (not track lists) to the mailing list.

This book is also really nice because it has lots of photos that I
haven't seen all over the place... some of them are autographed!
