Here in the States, there was a live home video, 
based on the Pay-Per-View special from the Brooklyn 
Academy of Music show. 

Someone here posted that the premiere issue of a new 
magazine devoted to CD-I technology included as a bonus
a CD with several audio tracks from the home video, but 
I was not successful in finding it, myself.
