    I have a 95 GLX. When it rained I would have a problem starting it
(very rough idle). I replaced the spark plug wires with Blue
Igniters(Rapid), and the problem was fixed. That was about 2 years ago,
now the problem is back. How can I check to see if one of the spark plug
wires is malfunctioning?
