Mail failure?

Hey,

     Does anyone know what this means:

[005] The mail retry count was exceeded sending to WMC/BELHUB1.
[008] Unable to deliver mail due to mailbag contention.

     I got this message back when I sent something to the list.  The subject was simply "mail failure."
