Names of bigwigs at VW?

     Someone posted a few contacts at VW the other day to address with 
     complaints, including Clive Warrilow et. al.  But I accidentally 
     tossed the message.  Could that person re-send the message that 
     included the name of the Manager at the Customer relations department 
     as well at the phone number for VW offices, not just the Customer 
     Relations 800 number.  Thanks
