Well, the teams that have had him certainly wont want him back regardless of the price. That being said, if you can sign him for the veteran minimum it might be worth the risk for a number of teams.

Teams saying that Vin can help them is one thing. Vin actually doing it is another. Vin has not duped his final team yet.
