I have heard rumors that Orlando may forsake the rights to Brendan Haywood 
in order to free up every bit of available cap room to make a legitimate 
offer to Antonio Davis.

    This was reported to be an option if Orlando needs to clear vast cap room to sign Antonio Davis. Toronto is making a maximum offer to Antonio, we'll see. 
    How much better is Brendan than Blount? Since we've already signed Blout, it would seem unlikely, but all the reports did say Haywood was a fine defensive center, adept at blocking shots.
