       That said, I still believe the Bulls will be a legitimate playoff
contender this season. Adding Iowa State’s Marcus Fizer, Michigan’s
Jamal Crawford and other quality players through this year’s draft —
plus Ron Mercer, who signed recently — the Bulls could have enough to
fight for one of the final playoff spots in the East.
