At least that's what the member of the Celtics
Media Relations staff told me, when I called their
offices just minutes ago.  He said Toronto has
Denver's 2nd round choice in the Billups deal, 
so the Raptors really hit the jackpot when they dealt
Chauncey to the Nuggets.  

Any ways, expect the C's to take Wayne Turner, unless
something special drifts down: Herren, Brad Millard;
maybe Brian Ruffin from Tulsa, who's like a middle 
class Rodman.

So all is not lost...
