Mercer is a saint. He is treated as a saint by Celtics fans. Don't you think it's
a bit easier on an off night to keep your head in the game when the fans don't act
like they take pleasure in seeing you fail.

BTW, Mercer only needs to hoist up 6 more shots than Antoine over the next dozen
games in order to officially become the leading "ball hog" on the team (in terms
of shot attempts per game).

 Sorry, I'm not pissed at you specifically Rich. :-)  I can't actually disagree
with much if not all of what you wrote.
