I fully agree with you Shawn. No one can win games alone (MJ didn't), it is
a team effort. So paying huge money to ONE player  and the rest of the team
tokens (in NBA terms it is 2-4 mil per season/player), is not going to help
team chemistry/concept/commaradie (which is needed for winning
championships).

That's exactly the point Pitino/Gaston make in the Warwick posted article.
