I think Pitino wanted a more active player. Mills was not very active in the
Boston
traps and presses. He moved, but not nearly as quick as McCarty moves. Mills
shoots mostly jump shots. McCarty slashes to the basket. Wait, be patient,
give the other players time to learn the system and I think McCarty will be a
great acquisition for this Boston Celtic team.
