Adios Rick

So the Celtics have just given up Rick Fox and that virtually assures that
we will never see Fox in a Celtic uniform again.  He was a key contributor,
but with the no-cap Celtics, he probably would have just taken up more cap
room any way.  I expect that EW will play 35+ minutes now, with no more
Fox.
