What Who songs are there which ONLY exist as Live versions?

So are we coming to the conclusion that all Who songs that only exist 
as live versions, are covers?

(Great catch on "It's a Small World, BTW".  A one-off, West Palm 
Beach. 1997, IIRC.  I was there. :-)).
