Gordon Smart's Bizarre

It's a Rog dodge for Adolf flick

ROGER DALTREY is a wise old man and knows when it’s sensible to steer clear of controversy.

THE WHO frontman, who does some moonlighting as an actor when his diary is clear of gigs and charity work, was in the running to play ADOLF HITLER in new Brit flick The Rapture.

The movie stars DANNY DYER, COLIN SALMON and SPANDAU BALLET brothers MARTIN and GARY KEMP.

And Rog’s pal, ex-EastEnder BILLY MURRAY, is involved and wanted him to goose-step into the part.

But the rock lord has distanced himself from the gig.

He did have a chuckle when the idea was suggested to him.

So here are eight Who songs with a twist of The Fuhrer, just to keep good ol’
Rog smiling...

1. Happy Jackboot
2. Tommy, For You Ze War Is Over
3. Behind Blue Eyes And Blond Hair
4. Pictures Of Lili Marlene
5. You Better, U Boat
6. I Can See For Heils
7. Mein Generation
8. Anyway, Anyhow, Anyherr
9. Oneball Wizard
10. The Kids Are Alreich
