In an article about Raul Castro taking over Cuba from Fidel Castro:



     U.S. officials, however, weren't making a distinction Monday in their first  public comments since the transfer of power. "I used the analogy ... from a Who song, 'Meet the new boss, he's the same as the old boss,'" State Department deputy spokesman Tom Casey said.
