This was a stage musical in London.  Now you've got me scanning Wikipedia
and I think what I may have seen was a revival of Anything Goes.  At the
time I thought it was a new story put to old music from many shows, but it
may actually have just been the original musical.  I'll need to check with
'the mrs' on this one.
