Yes, thats me in between the two signed Who pictures.  Taken a couple of years ago.  The Lisbon police were staging a huge protest in the streets outside.  Practically turned into a riot.

My wife accidentally had the camera on a weird setting.  Something like 'dont use a flash, just keep shutter open until its captured enough light.'  Hence the weird lighting effects.
