Roger Daltrey: I very rarely listen to it. My love of Who music is to perform 
it. So the only time I really hear it is when I'm singing it. I live it. That's 
the only way I could explain it to you.


 


 It is as I figured...Roger isn't into Pete's music. He's into being able to be a star on stage using Pete's music. The Who's music is, for Roger, about what it does for him.

One more reason why I can't have much respect for Roger as an artist. He's a very lucky guy.
