"Life To Life" questions

A friend of mine has been asking me some questions about "Life To Life"
lately, and I thought I'd pose 'em to you guys.  (Apologies if you've gotten
some of these questions before; I haven't gotten answers yet.)

Firstly...anybody have an mp3 they might be able to send me?  My only copy
is on a cassette somewhere.  I could have sworn I had an mp3, but can't
track it down.

Secondly...does anybody know if this song was, at any time, intended for
"The Iron Man?"
