Stadium 'ready' for The Who gig

I thought it was Wembley.  
 
Yesterday would be the date that the Guinness book of world records  recorded 
that it happened in 1976 according to Dick Purtan on the radio  here.  They 
said it was broken in 1997 by Hanson(?) from 120 d. to 140  d.  To which he 
retorted that it was the audience yelling "turn it down!"  that broke the decibel 
record this time.
 
These aren't necessarily facts.  Just good fun.  I listen to  music for fun 
sometimes too.
