sampling and re-working IS criminalising. can't these people come up with 
original compositions? funny, I don't see moby and fatboy slim complain about 
copyright extensions being criminalising to them though.    I'd be surprised if 
government does anything to benefit music these days. if it benefits them in 
any way, they'd be right on it that's for sure.
