The Seeker is in the key of A it is esssentially A to D and the bridge is D to E. Also it is a sus 4 (A, D, E chord voicing) that resolves to A,C#,E. Same style for the D. Your keyboard player will hear the resolution, keyboardists are usually the best musicians, so with some noodling they should get it. Also what is good about this song is that there are 3 guitars overdubbed so the keyboard could steal any one of the other guitar parts for some cool sounds.
A good book that will have guitar and fine enough keyboard voicing are the 4 book series by Hal Leanard "The Who, The Definitive Collection" - Recorded Guitar Versions.
Enjoy - I play bass and sing this song, it is a lot of fun...
