I did something similar myself a few years ago, back in the days of cassettes. As well as the songs you've already mentioned, I also added:
- Unused Piano from Quadrophenia (from one of the Scoops)
- shorter Helpless Dancer from soundtrack (straight after Had Enough, needs to be put right at the end; but also have the longer original Helpless Dancer on there too somewhere)
- Water (before Drowned)
- I Don't Even Know Myself (before I'm One)
Yes I know these last two songs aren't really designed for Quadrophenia, but they fit in really well - if there's enough space on your minidisk.

The track order is a tricky question. It doesn't help that the track order on both Quad albums is really messed up to begin with (IMO). But here's my view on it:
- Four Faces and Joker James: these both introduce the main character, so they're needed early on
- We Close Tonight - just before Punk and the Godfather
- Get Out and Stay Out - start of Jimmy's demise; just before 5:15.
When you finish (and you're happy with it), send us your final track order.
