pete heard that at least roger was working on some new songs in 2000. 
remember during that tour they were planning on slipping in a few newer things in the 
shows like in the middle of a jam or somethin like that? 2000-2002. plenty of 
time I think to do a new album with John. and pete claimed in 2000 that he 
had written by that time at least like a thousand "pieces of music" that was 
never recorded.   pete said he didn't wanna go into a studio again, not because 
of no new material, but because of something to do with the headphones and his 
hearing. although, he didn't seem to back down from playing guitar for mick 
Jagger's solo album.  just kinda weird to me in a way.
