Ah yes, you're right, excuse my ignorance.  

I did do a Google search on the name to make sure I'd gotten it right first.  It appears that 48,600 people had made the same mistake as me.  (As opposed to the 474,000 far cleverer people, who agreed with your spelling of the name.)

Yes they are.  But the reason I only wanted the CD is that I never seem to get around to watching the DVD's.  I've had the Brighton DVD for a month or two now and I've never had the opportunity to watch any of it yet.  (As well as Pink Floyd's Pulse DVD, and Pete's Psychoderilect Live DVD, and the last disk of Live8...)
