I have had that problem with YouTube and their tech people were very 
friendly but not very helpful about it.  What kind of service do you have?  
If it's really slow, you may continue to have problems.  However, I believe 
that's RealPlayer they're using, so you might be able to adjust it.

Open your RealPlayer and choose Tools/Preferences/Playback Settings.  Set 
the amount to buffer down at the bottom to higher setting.  Then click 
"Connection" and change that to a lower setting, because you don't really 
get what your ISP promises.

You might also try it late at night when there's less traffic on the 
Internet.
