So, tonight i'm not smoking and although i feel positive about it all, have 
been so fucked in the past by this addiction that i'm taking it easy.

Which is why i am on Howards Sterns show tomorrow, one day off the fags - 
haha.

Pete and i are doing a phone interview live on howards show at 10am new york 
time and then petes going to play a couple of acoustic songs, and perhaps 
Roger too. but at the very least, i'll be there.
