About 8,900 old fans & new fans welcomed The Who Saturday night. (September 30, 2006) to the John Labatt Centre.
Fantastic show.. sound was excellent.. great sing-a-long crowd.. for The Who's first London visit.
One song miscue start , and slight problems with Pete's amp late in the concert, other wise.. they focused on rockin'  for the two hour show.
New material well received ( comparing to the Ottawa show I saw two weeks ago ).  Their latest song efforts only slowed the energy slightly before ther rebounded back with true Who energy. 
The 40 year wait to see them live in my hometown paid off
( this was my 21st live Who show ) and they're welcome back to London Ontario anytime.
