EXCITING THE WHO is a title which has been used for several
Who releases.

It was a Japanese '68 vinyl LP 'Best Of.'  It was a single Japanese 
CD from 1996, & also a Japanese CD box set from 2005.

It was also the title of a bootleg on the Midas Touch label which
contained some LIFEHOUSE demos & a track from the '69
Amsterdam boot.

The one you found looks to be a Japanese CD reissue.  Here's

According to White Wang's site, one of the CDs from that Japanese 
box set mentioned above was titled EXCITING THE WHO (as
was the entire box set) & included the following songs:  Happy Jack, 
Pictures Of Lily, Substitute, I've Been Away, Doctor, Doctor, Waltz 
For A Pig, The Last Time, Under My Thumb, So Sad About Us, 
A Quick One, While He's Away.

Perhaps this is what the new CD will contain?
