OK, I just noticed the link Martin sent was Amazon UK.  There are two
versions on that site.  A single disc and the double one he showed us.
Since the DVD was mentioned on the US label's website, I'm now thinking
there will be a different 'limited edition' version in US vs UK, US getting
the DVD, UK the CD.  Also, the Amazon listing for the US CD doesn't contain
the extra versions of We've Got A Hit and Endless Wire, which are on both
the UK versions.

If that's how it pans out, I could see ordering the UK CD to get the extras,
but if I were in the UK, I'd go for one of the Encore DVDs rather than the
US release.
