I'd have said it must be the DVD from Lyon that's been mentioned, but Mike
Post isn't in the setlist from that show.  The only show with all of those
songs is the Moon & Stars.  Are you thinking there could be a Live CD *and*
a Live DVD?  Call me cynical, but if you're right I bet there will be two
versions and if you want both bonus discs, you'll need to buy both of them.
