Any "lurkers" enjoying this album?

I have not listened to much else since Tuesday. Fragments, A Man in a
Purple Dress and Mike Post kick things off nicely. Then came In the Ether.
Oh my, what a shock to the system. Initially I was not at all impressed.
It has grown on me some since then. Black Widow's Eyes I like. The rest the
Endless Wire portion is all much more listenable than In the Ether, but has
not at this point made me go wow. I am still trying to get my head around
Wire and Glass. The extended versions of We Got a Hit and Endless Wire I
really enjoy. The rest of it is going to take time for me. The one problem
I have is that so much of this album sounds, to me like a Pete solo album.
I really miss Zak on the drums. This for me is still the best collection of
Who material since we lost Keith. I have waited 24 years for a new Who
album and though it is at this point an uneven album to me, I am just
over-joyed to have something new from Pete and Roger to listen to.
Have Fun,
David
