Endless Wire / ICSFM Riff Question

I've listened to the CD every day now, and I'm liking it more every time I
hear it. I'm still hearing new things every time too - like the strings on
2,000 years.
Today I played the CD on random play. Even that works well (except for the
end of Mirror Door). I recommend it. F*** the mini opera, and just enjoy
it as Just a Bunch of Songs for a change.
Anyway, I've been reading Dave Marsh's Who article in Mojo magazine.
There's one bit that's really been bugging me. At one point, he says this:
"...obvious example: check out the riff from I Can See For Miles Pete's
snuck into the Wire And Glass mini-opera"
Has anyone got any idea what he's talking about?
Has anyone else noticed this?
What song on Endless Wire has the ICSFM riff? What bit of the song? What
riff from ICSFM is it?
