Another thing that points to a man/woman relationship is the inspiration,
which came from a relationship in a Bridget Bardot film.

But, could you *imagine* the reaction if, after helping you compose a song,
your girlfriend learned that the lyrics essentially called her an ingrateful
bitch?  It's either about a prior relationship or a fictional one.
