Schrade,
>Well, why does Rabbit say: "so ya'll might get to hear some great
>songs from the Who catalogue that even I didn't know existed"?
>To me, "Who catalogue" implies old songs.
I respond with what keets said, "I'm under the impression he's not a Who fan as we use the term.
He's a professional musician, and not likely to go on a search for all the
Who's obscurest boots so he can hear what they did live at every show in
1975. I'll bet he doesn't even own all their CDs."
And add that I wouldn't be surprised that they have sent him the new songs to "chart" without any explanation and he's assuming they are from the back catalog. He assumes that only because that's all he's ever done for over 20 years.
I'll also add that I had this incredible thought for the live material. The mini-opera tour. Opening with AQO, throw in a few stories from Sell Out (Medac, Odorono, Silas) then on to a Tommy mini set, Quad mini set and then play TBWHM in this context.
