Administrivia - Nominating a moderator

Any list member may nominate any other list member as a candidate for
moderator.  Please make your nomination via an email to thewho at igtc.com.

- You and the nominee must be list members as of 24 Mar 2006
- You cannot nominate yourself 

You should check with the person you wish to nominate before nominating them
to make sure this is something they wish to do.

You do not need any special background to be a moderator other than an open
mind and a wilingness to continue making this a great mailing list.

Nominations will be open until 24 Mar 2006 23:59 PST.

If we cannot come up with a slate of at least 6 candidates by the closure of
nominations, I will take that as meaning you'd prefer we close the list.

Elections will be held online using a 3rd party site beginning 27 Mar 2006.
