This will leave a huge hole.  IGTC is the Internet's oldest Who list, and 
still one of the largest--an anchor for Who fandom, if you will.  I've 
always thought it was the best spot for discussion as well, as it's 
populated by very decent and intelligent folk.  I'll certainly miss everyone 
here.

Paul, thank you for the many years you've spent in providing a very fine and 
well run list.
