There's a perspective involved, as Roger and Pete aren't standing next to 
one another.  I guessed 4 feet at the crotch, which is in line with what 
others are guessing.  If you figure Pete's legs are about 3 feet long, then 
he's up about a foot vertically.  I'm regretting that I didn't guess 4'6", 
as I think Pete was pretty athletic at that point, and he was probably good 
for a foot and a half.
