Was Karen a musician too?   I don't remember her being one.  I think Karen played a certain role as a wife (a long-suffering role) but as a talented recording artist, Rachel is different.

You're not the first nor the only one to credit Rachel for this 
latest resurgence. I always wonder how much credit Karen gets for 
shepherding him through the first 30 years of Who music.
