Geezus, Pino has my bass!  No joking, that's a '72-3 Fender Tele Bass.  Mine 
is the same color and also has the tailpiece removed.   It was not a popular 
model and was only in production for 4 years.  He'll never used it on tour 
(for long anyway) because it weighs a fricking ton.

If it makes you feel better this is the tried and true for Knebworth because 
of the short rehearsal time frame.  But still it's sad to see someone's 
dreams shattered. Kevin's brains been battered, splattered, all over, 
Manhattan (or should that be Burlington?). :)
