I'm under the impression that the issue is money, or use, ownership, etc. of 
Who material, and remember that Pete tends to be very possessive. I'm sure 
Roger would be happy to have the material webcast under the right 
circumstances.

One problem I see watching ITA tonight, it's an Eelpie production and 
they've shown a clip of Roger performing. Roger, being a member of the 
Screen Actor's Guild, is due union payment for this. From the fuss, I gather 
he's not received it.
