I (pre) ordered from the US Amazon site, and I thought it was approx. $12.99
plus the cheapest shipping was $2.95.  I can't find my receipt at the 
moment,
but if my memory serves me correctly, the total was less then $16.00.  
Perhaps
it is cheaper for non-US to order from UK then US?  I dunno.
