cheaper for US...plus

I (pre) ordered from the US Amazon site, and I thought it was approx. $12.99 plus the cheapest shipping was $2.95.  I can't find my receipt at the moment, but if my memory serves me correctly, the total was less then $16.00.  Perhaps it is cheaper for non-US to order from UK then US?  I dunno.

  I got a pleasant surprise Sunday when one of my favorite Who fans was in town.  I got to meet up with Jon in Mi. last night for a few hours before he jumped on the plane back to Mi.  Good times. :)  ...and good music ;)
