Quad outtake question

I remeber reading when the Quad remaster came out in 96 that Pete was  trying 
to figure out how to work bonus tracks in to the release. The only  outtake 
from those sessions I know of is We Close Tonight from the remastered  Odds & 
Sods. Pete mentioned a outtake called Bank Holiday. Has any info on  this track 
ever surfaced or what other Quad outtakes there may be? This sounds  similar 
to Pete talking about a song called Deceived that was supposed to be  used for 
the Tommy film.
